From large corporations to tech start-ups, I have worked for companies across many industries, including SAAS, real estate, higher education, agriculture, website, and design agencies, and IT organizations. My career path and experience led me to executive marketing roles, where I have directed the revitalization of brands, the development of teams, the implementation of new marketing technologies, the enhancement of product offerings, and the creation of robust digital marketing strategies.

Being tech savvy is a must for today’s marketers. I love leaning into new technologies and techniques! I’ve led Salesforce Marketing Cloud and journey marketing implementations. Technologies like Marketing Cloud work to uplift marketing efforts by enabling the ability to accurately target market consumers, customize content, segment audience types, and automate content – all while tying consumer interactions back to the CRM. Journey marketing is about walking in your consumers shoes, understanding their needs and automating content sequences and CTA’s to keep the consumer moving along the desired purchasing or educational path. Since launch, surveys reflected a 94% consumer satisfaction rate with company communications and a 55% average open rate. 

Salesforce CRM & Data Driven Strategies

As a marketer, how you leverage consumer data and interactions with a company is invaluable for identifying opportunities, consumer needs, trends and behaviors. From reporting to custom dashboards, knowing how to utilize Salesforce CRM has helped propel my brand, targeted marketing, and consumer engagement efforts to a whole new level! As a marketer I’m all about the ROI. Which is why articulating data collection needs and business strategies to my CEO, has paid off in spades.

While working at Washington University in St. Louis, MO I functioned as a lead marketer and change practitioner for a large-scale ERP implementation. I worked closely with executive leadership to develop the business case, organizational structure and seed funding for the initiative, and attended Notre Dame for my ProSci Change Practitioner certification. Change management methodologies focus on the people side of change and the residual change impacts as it relates to technology change or major mergers – with the intent of securing ROI though adoption, utilization and proficiency. The certification has proven to be an invaluable tool in my repertoire.
